The Geriatrician’s Guide LLC explicitly states that all personal data, tracking metrics, and payment details collected through this website are utilized solely for commercial operations and educational delivery. This data infrastructure is entirely separate, independent, and isolated from protected clinical health records and HIPAA-regulated data systems. No clinical health information is requested, maintained, or stored on this platform.

• All responses selected during the quiz are processed dynamically in the browser to generate your immediate educational outcome and are immediately and permanently discarded once the session ends. We do not track, aggregate, or retain your specific answers regarding your loved one’s health or capabilities.
• To access the tool's results, you will be required to affirmatively consent to our Terms and Conditions (via clickwrap agreement) and input an email address. This email address is securely routed to our email processor (Kit) to deliver your results and related educational materials, but your specific quiz answers are never tied to this email in our records.

Section 4: Purpose and Utilization of Collected Data

We process personal data strictly for the following purposes:

• Fulfilling and delivering commercial orders for digital ebooks and downloads.
